This is the home view of CTTC. To get started press the menu button and select setup.
This is the setup view of CTTC. Select employee and press the + button.
All fields are required if you don't have a title you can enter something line N/A. Then press save. Multiple employees can be added then selected from the home view.
A valid email must be entered then press save to add an optional email to send the timecard. Multiple emails can be added. These emails will be pre filled when you go to send the email later.
This is the view of the home view after an employee has been setup and is ready to enter a time event.
This is the view of the time clock view the first time. For the app to location stamp time entries you must choose Only while using the app or always allow.
This is the view of the time clock view default state. Starting from the top you have the view title of time clock, the employees name that you will be creating a time entry for, optional job
name field a satellite map view with current location indicator the time field that will be entered for the time entry the location address and the clock in/out button.
Note: If you need to modify the time you can touch the time field and a time picker will appear to enter a custom time. When this is done a time stamp with the current time is recorded as well as the custom time you entered.
This is the view of the time clock view in a clocked in state with an optional job name entered. When clocked in the clock in/out button at the bottom displays clock out and when clocked out or if it's the first time entry of the day it displays clock in. From here we can select menu and return to the home view.
This is the home view when clocked in. Notice the updated status below the date picker. This updates anytime you come to this view from any other view of the app or if the app returns from the background.
This is the time clock view when clocked out. Notice the job name is now editable again. Clocked out job names are always the same as the clocked in job name.
This is the home view when clocked out. Notice the updated status below the date picker. It shows a running total of the time for the day and the number of clocked in and clocked out events.
This is the time card view with one full event (a clock in and out entry). The top of the view has the employees name the week start and end date and the total time for the week. To email the timecard simply press the share button at the top right and an email form with the addresses you added in the setup menu and the time card are populated.
